Use Hole Saw to Saw Holes

You can use a hole saw to saw good holes on a thin workpiece, such as wood, plastic, plaster and thin metal (thickness up to 3 mm), they can be cut easily. Of course, the work piece can not exceed the height of the hole saw.
Hole saw includes a connecting rod, positioning drill, corresponding to the diameter of the hole saw. Hole saw is made of tool steel, sawtooth welded high speed steel. This hole saws made of two metals together, so people will refer to as bi-metal hole saws. But the actual cutting region only is high-speed steel teeth. Sawtooth was shifted to cut freely, sawtooth arrangement is different. Number of sawtooth teeth is generally 4-6 per inch. The distance between the sawteeth is usually 6.35 mm and 4.2 mm.

Its operation is very simple, make the hole saw screwed onto the hole saw rod, and the rod connected, then the rod pin engages the hole of the hole saw. If not aligned, hole saws can be screwed into the hole latches, and then can be mounted on the rig to use.
