Electric Pick Safety Knowledge

When we use electric pick, what things do we need to pay attention? Our Sinotools share with you, as follows:
1. Please bring a hard helmet, safety goggles and protective masks. Especially recommended wear protective masks, ear protection with a thick pad and gloves.
2. Before operation must confirm that chisel tip is secured at a predetermined position.
3. During normal operation, this tool work by vibration. Thus screws easy to loose, causing broken or an accident, must be carefully checked the screws are tightened before operation.
4. The cold weather or when the tool is not used for a long time, it should be allowed under no-load running a few minutes to heat the tool.
5. You must confirm stand in the very strong place, when using the tool in high place, must be confirmed no body below.
6. When the electric pick or other power tools are rotating, we can not sell, only when the hand picked up a tool to start the tool.
7. Hold tool with both hands, but do not touch the tool.
8. In operation, the chisel tip can not refer to any people present. Because the head may fly out and cause serious injury accidents
9. The operation is completed, the hand must not touch chisel tip or near the nozzle member, because it could be very hot and scorch the skin.
