Standard for The Safe Use of Riveting Guns

1. As a Hand Riveter Manufacturers, we remand the following requirements shall be met when the riveter is used:

(1) the rivet holes on the riveted objects should cooperate with rivet sliding, and the overfilling should not be too large;
(2) during riveting, when the rivet shaft is not broken, the trigger can be pulled repeatedly until it is broken, and no forced torsion or pry break is allowed;
(3) if the rivet head or handle cap is loose during operation, it should be tightened immediately.
2. The inspection before operation shall meet the following requirements:
(1) the shell and handle do not show cracks or damage;
(2) the cable cord and plug are intact, the switch operates normally, and the zero protection connection is correct, firm and reliable;
(3) the protective covers of each department are complete and solid, and the electrical protection device is reliable.
3. Overload use is strictly prohibited. Attention should be paid to acoustics and temperature rise during operation, and stop the machine immediately if any abnormality is found.
