Sort by manufacturing process:
1.Sintered diamond saw blade: it is divided into cold sintering and hot pressing sintering. For the saw blade market, 180mm below the small saw blade is the sintering process, mainly for the late stone or home stone decoration in the stone material processing.
2.Welding diamond saw blade: divided into high-frequency welding and laser welding, high-frequency welding through the high-temperature melting medium to the head and the substrate welded together, the laser welding process for the manufacture of concrete saw blade, high frequency welding for granite, marble and other stone.
3.Electroplated diamond saw blade: The tip powder is attached to the substrate by electroplating. Electroplated diamond saw blade can be said to be upgraded product of sintered diamond saw blade, because of its higher fine cutting, higher cost, suitable for more demanding requirements of small material cutting, or high-grade stone small material, trim the dressing.
